Description
The course will cover a range of topics including:
- Understanding Assertiveness: Participants will learn about the difference between aggressive, passive and assertive communication styles and why assertiveness is an important skill in the workplace.
- Developing Assertiveness Skills: Participants will learn how to communicate their needs clearly and effectively and how to handle difficult conversations and objections.
- Conflict Management: Participants will learn about different conflict resolution styles and develop skills in conflict management in the workplace.
- Active Listening: Participants will learn about the importance of active listening and how it can help resolve conflict and improve communication.
- Non-verbal communication: Participants will learn about the role of non-verbal communication in assertiveness and conflict management and how to read and use body language to their advantage.

Participants will have the opportunity to practice and develop their assertiveness and conflict management skills in a supportive and structured environment.
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to communicate their needs more effectively, resolve conflicts in the workplace and improve their general communication skills. This will lead to increased productivity, reduced stress and improved relationships with colleagues, supervisors and customers.
